This is the perfect combo if you’re up for some cultural education and local adventures. Ruben and his team of guides Anthony and Tony are knowledgeable, dedicated to your experience, and willing to go out of their way to make your tour unique and unforgettable. From start to finish, everything was sorted out; planned items on what to bring along, lunch, transportation, an optional additional deeper delve into the caverns. This brought me closer to the history of the location than I expected. So very rewarding. Great job MayaAdventures!

Rueben and his guides: Tony and Anthony were absolutely amazing! Friendly, fun and extremely knowledgeable. It was beyond my expectations. The temple was beautiful and to learn about the Maya culture-very educational. If you aren’t afraid of heights, the climb to the top is stunning. If it’s a hot/sunny day, a hat is recommended!

The cave tubing blew my mind. I expected to just float through the cave while learning about it but the short walk was great through the jungle. The cave was SO impressive! We got out of the tubes, walked/climbed around. Swimming in the pools and jumping off the cave cliff-so fun! Water shoes are a must.

The Xunantunich Mayan Temple and Cave Tubing trip was recommended by Reuben and it did not disappoint. The temple ruins were impressive, not as large a complex those in Mexico, Guatemala or Honduras, but not over run with people either! And we were able to climb to the top of the temple! To top it all, our guide was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The cave tubing was absolutely amazing. None of us had ever done something like this before, and it was most certainly worth it! It was really a “must not miss” experience and would recommend it to anyone visiting Belize. Reuben’s team were professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. We will definitely be using this company again the next time we come to Placencia!
